Inclusive Fee Residents & Commuters - includes camp, camp reversible,
all meals (*Commuter Rate includes lunch and dinner only), water
bottle, key lanyard, mouth guard, camp awards, ball and back pack.
Health and accident insurance
is provided to each player as secondary insurance, not primary.
2008
Payment Policy - A
reservation deposit of $150.00 is required with the application.
Full payment must be received by June 1, 2008. A $30.00 processing
fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances. A late fee of $25.00
will be assessed if payment is received after June 1, 2008.

Team
Rates Available
for resident campers with 12 or more from the same school
attending the same week and submitted as a team by the coach or
a designated representative.

NOTE
Team applications with deposits must be submitted
in one envelope as a team by the coach or designated representative.
Subsequent additions to the roster will not be eligible for discounts.
Register as
a team before February 1, 2008 and receive a $25.00 discount per
camper. Register after February 1, 2008 and before March 15, 2008
and receive a $15.00 discount per camper. Discount applied only to those submitted
as a team by the coach or designated representative.
