Registrations

The Summer of 2008 schedule is listed on our
"Cost / Sessions" page.

Parents will receive a Confirmation Letter which also includes directions to the site and campus map, a Parent Information Letter and a Medical Release/Insurance Form. This paperwork gives specific information regarding registration and all other pertinent details. The packet is sent upon receipt of an application and deposit. As space is limited, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A reservation deposit of $150.00 is required with the application. A $30.00 processing fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances. The reservation deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable after July 1, 2008.

Do not wait until camp begins to notify us if you have not received a confirmation because final payment must be received by June 1, 2008. There will be a $25.00 late charge assessed for payments postmarked after June 1st. The late fee should be included in your payment.

Enrollment
All girls over 12 years of age interested in field hockey are eligible to attend.
